We Ship UPS ground within 3-5 days after your order processes. Peak season from Oct - Dec please allow a bit more time as we are working as quickly as possible to ship your orders.
We accept NON seasonal returns within 3 days of receipt ( wreath must be shipped within 7 days. Returns outside of this window are subject to a restock fee of 25%. Returns shipped after 14 days will be refused).
